Password administration and its recovery due to forgetting are self-service in IDM system. However, the condition is to know the answers to the security questions. This information is presented in user’s manual as well as on the portal for user’s account administration. The password recovery as a CIS service intervention is charged because it is necessary only in case the user did not follow the instructions.
There are two options available:
1. Pay the charge via clearing with the following payment details:
Account number: 7000065500/8180
Variable symbol: the same as for payment of the prolonging stamp (you can find it on the MAIS student interface in section Study -> Financing-> Variable symbol -> use variable symbol for other payments)
Specific symbol: 99056
Information for the recipient: TUID First name, Surname, password recovery
Amount: 5.00 EUR
As soon as your payment is recognized in the MAIS system, your password will be recovered and you will be notified via email. The payment transaction and processing can take 2-3 days.
2. If the password recovery is urgent, come in person to the CIS work place from 9:00 - 10:00 am, where you can pay the charge in cash or money order. The password will be recovered while you wait.
