Staff can spend a teaching and/or training period abroad from 5 working days to a maximum of 2 months, which does not include the travel days and has to contain at least 8 hours of teaching per week (or any
shorter period of stay). If mobility lasts longer than a week, the minimum number of teaching hours for an incomplete week has to be in relation to the duration of the respective week.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Before mobility:
The selection of teachers will be made by the sending institution preferably on the basis of a planned mobility program. Another selection criteria which can be used in the selection process: e.g. previous mobility experiences of the teacher, the motivation, teacher´s language competence, and teacher´s achievements in representing the home institution, his/her extracurricular activities, involvement in international project activities, etc. The selection and grant award procedure must be fair, transparent, coherent and documented and shall be made available to all parties involved in the selection process. The selection criteria (for example priority given to staff going abroad for the first time, limitation on the possible number of mobility activities per staff member during a given time period, etc.) shall be made public. The sending HEI shall take the necessary measures to prevent any conflict of interest with regard to persons who may be invited to take part in the selection bodies or process of teachers' selection.
Nomination: once you have been selected by your home university, you must be nominated via email by the sending institution in a timely manner. E-mail nomination must be send to the Internatioanl Relations office of Trnava University and must contain:
- teacher´s name and surname
- field of work
- period of mobillity (requested number of days)
- valid e-mail address
With this nomination the sending institution attached copy of the written record of selection of participants along with the information which of them apply for the Erasmus+ grant (scholarship).

The Mobility Agreement need to be confirmed and signed by the home institution, host institution and participant. It has to reflect the purpose for mobility (goals, added value), the content of pedagogical work and the expected results. Togheter with the signed Mobility agreement you should submit also other documents:
- a copy of passport or ID card
- copy of Travel Insurance
- copy of VISA
The financial support includes a grant for travel costs and individual support.
The grant for travel costs is depending on the distance between the seat of the home institution of the applicant and the location of the activity. The actual travel is to be proven by tickets or other
invoices containing the place of departure and arrival.

Individual support: covers costs of stay during mobility (accommodation, meals, local transport, ..) based on actual costs determined via the number of days of mobility, where in case of need one additional day before the start and one after the end of mobility may be respected. Amount of individual support per day from partner country to Slovakia is 140 EUR/day. Till 14th day of mobility it is the mentioned amount, from day 15 to 60, 70% of this amount are eligible per day.
