Rules for access to UIS creation and cancellation

Access to UIS is created for:

  • A student – on the day of first active study in MAIS system (Office for Studies), students of 1st year, 1st degree of the study get access to UIS by taking the student’s ID, where the TU identificator (TUID) is printed which is the login in UIS integrated into IDM,
  • An employee – on the following day after creating the first active employment in FIS SAP system, HCM module (HR department).

Access to UIS is cancelled for:

  • A student – on a day of ending  (suspension) the last active study in MAIS system (Office for Studies),
  • An employee- on the following day after the day of ending (suspension – out-of-record status) the last active employment in FIS SAP system, HCM (HR department).

This rule applies to the MAIS system and most other UIS that will be continuously integrated into IDM.
