The university canteen is located in the main university building and offers four meals including the vegetarian meal (price 1.90 – 5.50 € for a full meal). The easiest way for students to get a hot meal is also go to the student canteen at the dormitory (called “Mensa”) which offers a variety of cheap meals every day. Meals are ordered with the International Student Identification Card (ISIC), which allows students to use the student canteen. There are several pubs and restaurants in the close vicinity of the university faculties. In Trnava there are several supermarkets, as well. The big shopping centre called „MAX“ is near the student’s dormitory. Restaurant meal ranges from 4.00 to 10.00 €. However, doing own cooking is the cheapest solution.
